World-renowned, innovative and disruptive-ideas conference featuring Chicago-area TEDx talks from visionary speakers. Now in its 11th year, with a substantial attendee base, its speakers have featured on TED.com achieving more than seven million views.

TEDx Naperville leadership team support and direct management of the 'Virtual Salon' event series.

Integrated into the leadership team and ideation process for overall event design and theming.

Developed and directed the new 'Virtual Salons', an eight month micro-event program for TEDx Napernville, designed to deliver attendees a deeper-dive into topics, with specialist speakers. The program became especially important during 2020 because of the COVID19 social distancing restrictions affecting live events.

Capturing the 'Zen Moment' of every speaker along with the essence of their talks was a key deliverable for attendees, sponsors and future promotional activities. This was managed first-hand, with direct responsibility for the photographic record of the TEDx Naperville program and extended into a 10th anniversary edition photo book, highlighting the years of TEDxNaperville events.

A critical, foundational element of building a successful 'Virtual Salon' program involved the research and delivery of tools and technologies to successfully stage participative attendee-experiences. These were successfully delivered to bring the program to life. 

Event execution support focused on delivering the best delegate event experience, all the way from registration through the speaker sessions.
